Historic Estate

Help care for Sir Edwin Lutyens' remarkable castle, commissioned in 1911 by Julius Drewe and filled with family treasures, from a 1906 doll's house to the chapel organ, its bold architecture combining medieval grandeur with modern innovation.

Beautiful Gardens

Oversee the highest garden cared for by the National Trust, with formal terraces, a circular croquet lawn, colourful herbaceous borders and rhododendrons, set amid the ancient woodland and river walks of the Teign Gorge.

Dedicated Team

Lead and inspire a passionate team of staff and volunteers who share your commitment to conservation and visitor experience.
